Because of this their products suffer from poor overall product quality. They use much lighter and inferior materials, and inferior finishing. Their inferior warranty does not protect your investment. Our furniture will not let you down after the first season or for many seasons to come. Warrantees are only as good as the manufacturers and dealers that stand behind them. That's why on most imported furniture the warrantees are worthless. You have to read the "fine print". We have hand selected the lines that we carry specifically based on the warrantee issues. You will find with our furniture, complete warrantees that cover your investment long term.
What about mold and mildew?
South Florida is unique in that anything exposed to high humidty and is soiled, will mildew. The trick is keep it rinsed off and clean, or completely dry. Weekly rinsing with pure water on sling or cast furniture will prolong the soap, water, and bleach cleaning that is necessary to remove mildew. Spray on mildewcide is now available to help retard mildew growth. Spray it on cushions and slings twice a year.
Will the sun fade my cushions?
Anything will fade eventually out in the Florida sun. The quality of the fabric also helps keep color alive. Turning cushions on the side limits exposure. Most of today's fabrics can be washed with soap, water and bleach or white vinegar. Do not use pressure washers.
How do I protect my slings from rotting?
The biggest secret in patio furniture's upkeep is DO NOT use a pressure washer. Rinsing with plain water from the hose nozzle is fine. Soap, water and bleach is needed as soon as mildew appears. Lack of regular washing or use of pressure washers will accelerate the deterioration of slings and cushions.
What kind of delivery times can I expect?
We run our own trucks, not a delivery service, so that you get knowledgeable, courteous, and careful delivery people. We delivery Monday through Saturday. Delivery is not available on Sunday.
Custom ordering can add that decorator look that extends your living area onto your patio.Delivery can be expected in 1 to 5 weeks depending on grouping and manufacturer.
